Several young men (including my colleague Alex Lerma) in the Austin metroplex are actively in the process of developing a feature film storyline for this summer.

For those of you who have read my personal blog in the past, you are aware that a friend (Alex Lerma) and I made a short film in Fall 2008 for entry in the San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival.

For Honor

We began the project, dubbed “For Honor,” at the end of August, finished the film at the end of September, and by the grace of God were accepted and shown in the festival in early January.

On February 13th, we hosted the Austin Premiere of “For Honor” followed by a showing at the Attic Film Festival on March 28th.

Our most recent showing was on April 9th, for the AWANA Club at Grace Covenant Church in Austin, TX.

Alex and I are still in the process of displaying our film in various venues, free of charge.
